New auction rules implemented at the end of the first auction in April

The auction of the assets involved in the auction all entered the Exchange's open auction rules and was implemented on April 1 this year. Prevent the loss of assets involved in the litigation, courts, auction agencies and re-branch staff and close relatives will not be allowed to participate in bidding.

The person in charge of the Chongqing Stock Exchange stated that in order to completely eliminate the related transactions bought and sold, all three parties will be blocked outside the judicial auction threshold. The Municipal High People's Court and the Chongqing Stock Exchange stated that upon investigation and involvement in the illegal related transactions, the relevant employees will be immediately dismissed. For auction agencies, violations will be “forbidden for life”.
