This season’s Paris Fashion Week remained largely consistent in terms of schedule and participating brands, with 20 shows held over three days—slightly up from 17 in the previous season. Gustavo Lins and Christophe Josse officially joined the "Haute Couture" circuit, debuting on January 25 and 24 respectively. Meanwhile, Alexandre Vauthier, Julien Fournié, and Maxime Simons will take part in the Spring/Summer 2011 collection, each presenting their collections on January 24, 25, and 26.
On the first day, Alexis Mabille opened the fashion week on Monday, followed by Christian Dior and Bouchra Jarrar. Chanel took the stage on Tuesday, showcasing two collections, with Stéphane Rolland and Maurizio Galante next in line. Givenchy once again opted for a private show, while the final day featured OnAura ToutVu, Franck Sorbier, Elie Saab, and Maison Rabih Kayrouz. The event concluded with a grand finale by Valentino.

Off-site shows and pop-up events added an extra layer of excitement to the week, introducing fresh concepts that ranged from Haute Couture to bespoke luxury. On the 24th, new names like Art/C, Khaled El-Kasri, Georges Hobeika, Jantaminiau, and Eva Minge made their debut. The 25th brought in Georges Chakra, Iris Van Her Hern, Quentin Veron, Lee Jean Youn, and Worth. The 26th featured Eymeric Franois, David-Vincent Camuglio, Dilek Hanif, and Sakina M’Sa.

The final day of the week also included the much-anticipated luxury custom jewelry showcase, which has been an official part of Paris Fashion Week since January last year. Brands located on Rue de la Paix, such as Boucheron, Chanel, Chaumet, Dior, Mellerio d’Italie, and Van Cleef & Arpels, opened their doors for private appointments to present their latest creations. In addition to the main shows, several off-site presentations took place, including those by Fabien Rozan, Laurence André, and Didit Hediprasetyo.
