This season's Paris Fashion Week saw minimal changes in the schedule and participating brands, with 20 fashion shows held over three days—compared to 17 in the previous season. Gustavo Lins and Christophe Josse officially joined the "Haute Couture" club, with their first shows on January 25 and 24 respectively. Alexandre Vauthier, Julien Fournié, and Maxime Simons will also take part in the Spring/Summer 2011 collection, each presenting their collections on January 24, 25, and 26.
On the opening day, Alexis Mabille kicked off the week on Monday, followed by Christian Dior and Bouchra Jarrar. Chanel took the spotlight on Tuesday with two shows, featuring Stéphane Rolland and Maurizio Galante. Givenchy once again opted for a private show, while the final day featured OnAura ToutVu, Franck Sorbier, Elie Saab, and Maison Rabih Kayrouz. The week concluded with a grand finale by Valentino.

Off-site fashion shows and pop-up events added an extra layer of excitement to the week, introducing new concepts that ranged from Haute Couture to luxury customization. On the 24th, debutants included Art/C, Khaled El-Kasri, Georges Hobeika, Jantaminiau, and Eva Minge. The 25th featured Georges Chakra, Iris Van Her Hern, Quentin Veron, Lee Jean Youn, and Worth. On the 26th, Eymeric François, David-Vincent Camuglio, Dilek Hanif, and Sakina M’Sa took to the runway.

The final day of the week was marked by the much-anticipated luxury custom jewelry show, which has been an official part of Paris Fashion Week since last January. Brands located in the Vendôme Square opened their doors for private appointments, showcasing their latest creations. Participating brands included Boucheron, Chanel, Chaumet, Dior, Mellerio d’Italie, and Van Cleef & Arpels. In addition to the main events, several off-street shows were held, featuring designers like Fabien Rozan, Laurence André, and Didit Hediprasetyo. Overall, this season’s Fashion Week remained a vibrant celebration of fashion, blending tradition with innovation.
